Work with residents/guests 1:1 directly, signing up/creating wait list accounts and completing the application process; this may also possibly entail helping to set up a new email account if needed Qualifications: need to be comfortable with technology able to follow printed and online instructions able to deal with some basic troubleshooting independently, as needed
